Orders placed through freight forwarders or through associates for countries not serviced by Geshelli Labs are not eligible for return or warranty assistance. Geshelli Labs LLC has the right to cancel orders based on location, shipping history, return history or abuse.  We do not accept returns on customized products. Products purchased through a third party or as a preowned unit will not include shipping cost/postage for warranty repairs. 

  • Geshelli products are covered under basic warranty for one year from the date your product is received. After 12 months, covered warranty repairs will be made free of charge with round trip postage paid by the customer.
  • If  the product is discontinued or parts are no longer available, Geshelli will work with the customer for a viable solution. 
  • If your unit is not working correctly, please contact info@geshelli.com for warranty assistance. 
  • Return shipping outside of the US will be at the customer’s expense.  If the product is deemed defective, Geshelli will reimburse reasonable shipping costs via PayPal after customer provides a receipt. 
  • We do not reimburse any Customs fees, taxes outside of US purchases or additional amounts owed for your purchase.
  • An RMA form will be required prior to returning the item. 
  • All returned units will be inspected and run through the APX555 to confirm or identify defects/faults. If a covered warranty repair is needed, Geshelli will repair the product at no cost to the customer.  For units that are deemed in full working condition or are not working due to a non-covered issue as outlined in the product brochure included with your unit, and the RMA form, the customer will be notified and invoiced for repair charges and return shipping. Once the invoice is paid, the unit will be repaired. 
  • Products damaged due to using the incorrect power supply or dropping the product, will be repaired one time at no cost. The purchaser will be responsible for round trip shipping. 
  • Liquid damage to the product is not covered under warranty.
  • Tampering with the product outside of approved upgrades will void the warranty.
  • Geshelli Labs products are tested with the power supply that comes with the product. If a customer uses a power supply other than the included, the unit may fail. Linear power supplies can cause fatal damage to the product.  Any Geshelli product damaged by using a power supply other than the one provided by Geshelli may not qualify for repair. Repair service for this failure will be on a case-by-case basis. If an RMA is approved, customer will incur a repair fee. The customer will be responsible for round-trip shipping. If the unit is found to be over voltage by a LPS. The customer must include this information upon  RMA request to be eligible for repair or the repair will be denied and product will be returned at customer’s expense.
