As our products are made to order, processing times vary based on where your order falls in the queue.  Please refer to the front page of this website for current estimates on processing time.

Geshelli typically uses FedEx as first choice for orders.  USPS is used for APO and PO boxes. For orders outside of the US, we will choose FedEx, DHL or USPS depending on your locations and shipping availability.


Occasionally, your order may fall within a non-contracted location. Quoted shipping charges may increase.  Geshelli Labs will contact you by email if additional funds are due for this reason.

Due to restrictions in certain countries, if FedEx is not available to deliver to your location, you will be notified by email


Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before you order.  Addresses cannot be changed or updated after the order is processed.


Please ensure the shipping address you choose is secure. We are not responsible for lost or stolen products.


Any order outside the US is subject to additional taxes and fees. 


Geshelli Labs does not prepay the fees and we have no way of determining what will be due upon receipt of the product. We cannot alter the purchase price or mark the item as a gift on any forms including the Customs declarations. All fees due will be the buyer’s responsibility. Abandoned packages will not be reimbursed. 


Orders placed through freight forwarders or through associates for countries not serviced by Geshelli Labs are not eligible for return or warranty assistance. 


Geshelli Labs LLC has the right to cancel orders based on location,  shipping history, return history or abuse. We do not accept returns on customized products.

 For units not working correctly, please contact info@geshelli.com for warranty assistance (see warranty information under support section). 

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us at info@geshelli.com to obtain an RMA form.  All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.


All returns must include an RMA form issued by Geshelli Labs LLC.  Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs incurred 
by Geshelli Labs upon initial purchase will be deducted from refund. We
recommend shipping your return with tracking as we are not responsible
for lost, stolen or damaged items. 

We do not reimburse for initial shipping costs, Customs fees, taxes
outside of US purchases or additional amounts owed for your purchase. 

 To obtain a refund, the RMA form must be requested by the 30th day after receiving the product. The returned unit must arrive within 10 days of RMA issue, be returned in
good working condition with all parts and materials included. Damage to
the unit or missing parts will be subject to a deduction of the purchase
price. The cost of shipping your purchase upon initial order will be
deducted from the refund price.


Funds minus restocking fee and shipping for returns will be submitted back to your payment source. It can take up to a week for those funds to be returned to your account. The time frame is determined by your payment source.
