Please allow up to three working days to process and QC your order.
All orders are shipped via FedEx Priority mail. Separate orders arriving to the same address will be combined.
We offer the option to ship through USPS if preferred over FedEx. Shipping charges are automatically calculated for USPS. Customs/fees are not included in the postage amount. We do not use DHL or UPS.
Due to restrictions in certain countries, if FedEx is not available to deliver to your location, you will be notified by email.
Please ensure the shipping address you choose is secure. We are not responsible for lost or stolen products.
Any order outside the US is subject to additional taxes and fees.
Geshelli Labs does not prepay the fees and we have no way of determining what will be due upon receipt of the product. We cannot alter the purchase price or mark the item as a gift on any forms including the Customs declarations. All fee's due will be the buyers responsibility. Abandoned packages will not be reimbursed.
Orders placed through freight forwarders or through associates for countries not serviced by Geshelli Labs are not eligible for return or warranty assistance.
Geshelli Labs LLC has the right to cancel orders based on location, shipping history, return history or abuse. We do not accept returns on customized products

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RMA form.
All returns must include an RMA form issued by Geshelli Labs LLC.
Return shipping will be at the purchasers expense. We recommend shipping your return with tracking as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
We do not reimburse any Customs fees, taxes outside of US purchases or additional amounts owed for your purchase.
To obtain a full refund the unit must arrive within 30 days, be returned in good working condition with all parts and materials included. Damage to the unit or missing parts will be subject to a deduction of the purchase price.
All funds for returns will be submitted back to your payment source. It can take up to a week for those funds to be returned to your account. The time frame is determined by your payment source.
Geshelli Labs does not charge a restocking fee for returns.
