Warranty / ORDERING INFORMATION

Please allow up to three working days to process and QC your order. All orders are shipped via FedEx Priority mail. If you wish to use USPS, please send an email to info@geshelli.com. There will be an additional charge for USPS.  We do not use DHL or UPS. Due to restrictions in certain countries, if FedEx is not available to deliver to your location, you will be notified by email and we will discuss options. 


Any order outside the US is subject to additional taxes and fees.  Geshelli Labs does not prepay the fees and we have no way of determining what will be due upon receipt of the product.  All fee's due will be the buyers responsibility.  We cannot alter the purchase price on any forms.


Orders placed through freight forwarders or through associates for countries not serviced by Geshelli Labs are not eligible for return or warranty assistance.


If your unit is not working correctly, please contact info@geshelli.com for warranty assistance. Return shipping will be at the purchasers expense (reimbursable with receipt subject to pre-determined rate) if unit is deemed defective. We do not reimburse any Customs fees, taxes outside of US purchases or additional amounts owed for your purchase. An RMA form will be required prior to returning the item. All returned units will be run through our APX555 machine to confirm or identify defects.  If a covered warranty repair is needed (see warranty pdf below), we will fix the issue and ship the item back at our expense. For units that are deemed in full working condition or are not working due to a non covered issue as outlined in the product brochure included with your unit, the RMA form or the warranty PDF, ie: incorrect power supply, opening the case, dropping/damage, etc.  you will receive a copy of the APX report and a visual inspection report. We will fix the unit and invoice for return shipping.  


Geshelli Labs LLC has the right to cancel orders based on location, shipping history, return history or abuse.  We do not accept returns on customized products.


Quality Assurance

Our products are tested at FCC accredited Labs.  Our suppliers are tops in the industry.  Because we are the manufacturer, we conduct a quality control check on every item before it is packaged and shipped. All of our units are tested for twenty four hours.  This burn in-time allows for us to verify component integrity.

FAQ

Where are your products made?

Our bare PCB's are fabricated by a US company, we make sure they are not outsourced. All of our components are sourced through US companies.  The components are pick and placed, baked, and assembled at Geshelli Labs.  The clear cases are cut on our laser cutting machines.  Our metal cases are anodized right here in Florida.


What power supply do I need?  

Our DACs and amps include a universal power supply. Buyers who reside outside of the US will need to purchase a wall adapter compatible with your country.


What's up with the clear cases?

We really liked the clear look.  It was a real chore trying to find the right plexiglass for the job.  We went through quite a few different vendors until we found the right place with the right product.  The clear look gives the user a chance to see the audio components hard at work!  No really - we felt the cool glow of the leds along with the exposed board, gives the products more of an old school DIY feel.


What kind of sound are you going for?

Accuracy.  Our goal isn't to give massive bass boost, or crushing highs that make your ears bleed.  We want to give you the most accurate representation of your audio as possible.  Match our products up with a killer set of headphones, or speaker/amp combination and hear the difference.  For real.

Returns

  

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@geshelli.com to request a return merchandise authorization form. (RMA). Returns are accepted within thirty days of receipt.  Custom products are not eligible for return.  This includes board changes and custom colors. Our website and the product brochure list the exclusions for return eligibility.  Returns must contain all the original parts, have no damage and no evidence of tampering.  Return shipping is at your expense. We do not charge a restocking fee.  Once we receive the item back, it is inspected.  If it is in like new, full working condition, you will receive a refund back to your payment source.
